How do I return my machine for repair?

If you have an issue with your machine please contact us at info@pentamachine.com first. We will lead you through in-field troubleshooting steps. If we determine that your machine needs to come back we will issue you a repair number and provide you with specific packing instructions. Please do not return your machine without notifying us first! Doing so may result in a voided warranty, additional damage to the machine, or both.
