Section 1: Home Position and Travel

The following pictures provide details about the home position of each axis of the machine.  The home position is the position from where the machine starts each program and returns to at the end of the program.  The machine also returns to the home position when a tool change is necessary.  The home position represents the Cartesian coordinates position of (0,0,0,0,0) in terms of (X,Y,Z,A,B).

Section 1.1: X-Axis Home Position and Travel

Travel:   (-2.00 to 2.55 = 4.55 inches; -50.8 to 64.77 = 115.57 mm)

Section 1.2: Y-Axis Home Position and Travel

Travel: (-2.40 to  2.60 = 5 inches; -60.96 to 66.04 = 127 mm)

Section 1.3: Z-Axis Home Position and Travel

Travel:  (-3.45 to 0.10 = 3.55  inches; 87.63 to 2.54 = 90.17 mm)

Section 1.4: A-Axis Home Position and Travel

Travel: (-25 to 135 degrees)

 

 

Section 1.5: B-Axis Home Position and Travel

Travel: (-9999, 9999 degrees)
